Yes! At Barbers Trade School we believe that one of the best ways to learn is by doing. You can get the opportunity to learn our cosmetology skills by working with clients and mannequins under the supervision of licensed professionals.

Do I need a license to enroll in this program?

Yes. Currently, this program is for those who already have obtained their barber license and would like to continue their education by learning cosmetology skills.

Ready to advance your skills? Barbers Trade School is the perfect place to start! Before you can enroll, you must meet the following requirements:

Enrollment agreement
Have current ID, Social Security, High School Diploma / GED certificate, or successful completion of homeschooling at the secondary level as defined by Texas State law
Provision of accurate and current contact information for five references (3 relatives; 2 friends)
